This is my favorite place in Newberg, I think. I went there today, March 18th, 2020. The street was so empty and the shops were so empty. I cried a little bit on the walk home.
This track has a field recording from a very busy day I think in 2018. The structure is overlong and indulgent, much like many of the 4-6 hour sessions I spend there twice a week, with an iced mocha and a bagel and a gf. I hope the song does not overstay its welcome, and I hope Chapters comes back, and I hope the good people who work there and gather there come back.
