There is an oddly shaped boat landing on the Willamette River with a huge parking lot but not a lot of places for people to be if that parking lot were ever full. I just walked around there and recorded. Then I made whatever the hell this is.
This place is honestly not very special, but I've walked it many times with a lot of people I love very much, such as Nick, Julia, Keith, and Kiri. Perhaps the weird neutrality of this track represents the fact that I took this walk alone instead of with a good human, and the place itself is not that remarkable if you aren't with anyone remarkable. Or maybe I'm just not that good at making ambient music.
